Jesse James has done what celebrities do when they get caught cheating (or in any other scandal for that fact), and checked into rehab. I think that for a lot of these celebs that rehab has become the place to ride out the bad press.

Nobody is saying that he is a white supremacist, it's more that he is an very stupid history buff. He should have known better than pose for the photo. He was famous before he met Sandra Bullock, and should have known that the picture could leak.
